What is the best SST for wahoo fishing?

Wahoo concentrate in 70-80°F water, with peak activity at 74-78°F. They like sharp SST breaks where warm and cool water meet — wahoo lock in along the cooler edge of the break, ambushing bait that's pushed across the gradient. Trolling along temperature breaks at 12-18 knots is the standard wahoo tactic.
Wahoo also stack at structure (lumps, ledges) when SST is in their range. Late fall and winter often produce the largest wahoo as water cools to their preferred zone. SST threshold pages cover wahoo temperature ranges.
